Odd ELS issue - lights dim when leaving car only below LTSG 3

Featured Replies

Dear all,

When I leave my vehicle with the ELS lights on LTSG 3 (maximum), the ELS lights are fine, just as bright as they were.

However, as soon as I press ALT + J to change to LTSG 2, and leave the car, the lights become very dim.

I am not sure why this is happening and would appreciate any help.

Notes:

  • I am using RadianceV
  • My vehicle was the Tahoe in the sheriff2 slot from this mod.
  • My vehicle engine is set to "Always On" in the LSPDFR Interaction Menu - Vehicle Page
  • Post FX is set to Very High in the GTA 5 Graphics Settings, tried Ultra as well.
  • In "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/vehicles.meta" I have set the diffuseTint value to <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> for sheriff2, my car slot.
  • I have restarted the game and my computer
  • I have tried using different vehicles with the same above points, including the diffuseTint value in vehicles.meta
  • Game version 1011, RPH 0.51

All help is widely appreciated

What version of the game are you running? I noticed people on other forums and in the ELS comments section have the same issue. My best guess is because of ScriptHookV being outdated.

Yea the newest version of ScriptHookV is actually outdated. Many of us are waiting on the new version. Ever since Rockstar updated GTA V a few days ago it broke the ScriptHook. We are currently waiting for the newest version to be released.

Sorry I forgot to mention I edited the post.

GTA 5 = 1.0.1011.1

RageHook = 0.51

I have looked through each plugin I have and all are the correct version and I have tested them for hours. all stable.

Sorry for the confusion
