The current GTA V version is 1032.

Well, I'm running 1011, because I had a backup saved on RPH.

So should i go through and add all the vehicles and give this anotther shot...or not? Because if theres no way its going to worki would rather not have to restore to backup AGAIN lol

Try reinstalling everything, because it works for me and I have no clue what's causing it.

I have another question :) Do you know of any ENB or other graphic type files that are low on system requirements? Or in other words..... do you know a way to make the lights brighter without taking up too many PC resources?

Wait......Just kidding. Only POLICE is working with ELS.....ill try redoing the VCF files. This is so complicating and confusing.
