You didn't even mention what mod you are talking about. In all honesty, you are in no position to receive support if we don't know what you are talking about and you describe your issue in that level of detail.

 

Assuming you are talking about ELS, it is possible. Look in the thread below.

 

A quick search (top right) with the dropdown set to "Topics" of "els beep sound" would have returned the below thread, which has already been answered.

With ELS. And from that topic, all I saw was people talking about code, and I'm shit when things ome to that. I went to external gear change_2 and it was just a gear changing, not that little bleep.

No idea. The sound is the same in both GTA IV and GTA V ELS.

Yeah it isn't possible. That was for ELS V6 and lower. V7 had a higher pitched version of V8 and above.

 

It is compiled with the mod, so it isn't possible.

 

Also. People aren't going to put stuff on your plate. If you have a fixed mindset like that you won't get anywhere.
