I cannot change out my siren on police vehicles.  (Not using Siren Mastery) I have updated to the latest GTA and RageHook.  Do the Siren mods just need to be uploaded?

I suggest you use modern siren pack:

Just follow these simple instructions:

INSTALLATION ( IT HAS BEEN UPDATED TO WORK WITH THE LATEST OPEN IV VERSION.)

Make a new folder somewhere on your desktop, name it anything
Move Both the Vehicle folder and vehicle.oac file out of this .rar pack into the folder you just created on the desktop
Open 'OpenIV' and go to your GTA V Directory.
In 'OpenIV', go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf
Inside Resident.rpf should be 16 .awc files.
Import openformats, navigate to the folder you put the Modern Siren Pack 'vehicles' folder and the 'vehicles.oac' in and  select the 'Vehicles.oac'
save and you're good to go. Happy Code 3 !

If you want to change siren packs, all you have to do is move the files into the 'vehicles' folder and replace the existing.

Then, simply move the 'vehicle.oac' back into your GTA V 'vehicles.oac' file through OPEN IV.

The 'vehicles.oac' file is automatically updated when you replace files

Following the directions in the Resident.rpf file, they worked before the newest update now non of them do including the one suggested above

are you exporting the vehicles.awc file some where on to your computer, and then renaming the files that you put in to be the right hash code? then reloading them using the oiv (i think) to reinstall into the resident RPF? all while in edit mode in open iv?
