Cant Submit a Texture

I am unable to find where i can submit my texture!

Up in the top right hand corner of the screen there is a icon that says create. Click it. It will then have options, click file download and select vehicle texture. :)

I can not find that.

Correction i found it, But i cant upload the Vehicle texture. It doesnt give me a option to

So, My friend is wondering if my past warnings have restricted me from submitting textures. He was able to upload it completely fine @Cyan

You were suspended from uploading. If the suspension goes in the MM/DD/YY format then you won't be able to upload until May 3rd. However if it's DD/MM/YY then you should be fine.

May i ask why i was suspended without notice? When was i suspended with uploading also? @CouthInk4
