Newbie question, how do I open the ped menu where I can call a taxi for a ped and stuff like that?

It's a part of a plugin or an option in the lspdfr?

I believe it's part of Albo's arrest manager plugin:

If I recall correctly, ctrl + H is the default key to open the menu.
