The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

How does one make car models? Texture? Plugins?

I know you could find someone elses and change their texture for example

But where does one start this editing, ect.

textures for cars are easy...if you have a template you can make them, then you would edit a file in the car file..i forget what file it was i think its the ytd
