I've been working on this for a little while, and I still have a few things to add before I'm finished.  This is my first skin/mod, and I'm trying to make it as detailed as possible. Does this look decent or not?

No, that one's far too high poly. Carface sent me his 1991-1993 Caprice with updated higher quality textures, model updates, and bump maps included.

It's all be unlocked? 1993 version also planned? I want it for retro vehicle pack 1.2.0

Everything i ever post will be released unlocked unless i state otherwise.

 

The Caprice will be variable between 91-92 and the 93.
