I don't know if this will help, but I'm pretty sure they use Thud Medium.

I've been working on this for a little while, and I still have a few things to add before I'm finished.  This is my first skin/mod, and I'm trying to make it as detailed as possible. Does this look decent or not?

Looks like this one is still in service in one of our distant towns! I hear that officers who tried one of those would choose that old US frame-based sedan over any new Russian car. The fuel must cost a fortune on the other hand.

Oldest I've seen recently was a 1991-1992 Fire Marshal still in service. I didn't get a chance to snap a picture as he was going by me.
 
Oldest in police terms, LA Sheriff has loads of 1998, 1999, and 2000 CVPIs lined up at the courthouse. Next time I stop by, I'll snap a pic.

I was talking to my cousin today (who is a CPD officer) and having recently bought a crown Victoria, he commended me on my choice, and said there aren't many left in the CPD. Which brought me to the question: what is the oldest police/fire vehicle you have seen in service recently?

Not sure of the years of these cars, but the one on the right looks the oldest. Maybe 2002-ish? I don't really know the years of CVPI's very well, sorry. In person, the oldest I have seen is a newer CVPI. What's the oldest you have seen?
