The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I am trying to install Superman.oiv for GTA V for Windows (10) using OpenIV but it fails with the following error:

 

How can I fix it? I got the files from http://gtaxscripting.blogspot.com/2013/09/superman-script.html
