I was Right ....when i installed the CHP 2014 bmw 1200RT i took it for a test drive and the cinematic camera was fixed when i was on patrol so it seems ELS Disables cinematic Camera but when using a non els vehicle the cinematic Works

is a fix ever coming for this?
