I found a tutorial video done by OfficerBenzo and keep getting these two messages appearing. Does this have anything to do with the current patch Rockstar issued? If so I'll wait till the update for rage comes out to try again. I do keep my virus protector off as well when I was launching the game.  My other post on here can be deleted by the mods if they need to. OfficerBenzo's tutorial video was very helpful.  The other message I get, for some reason it didn't screen shot like I thought it did, had to do with improper permissions or bad anti virus...if I need to upload a screen shot of it, I'll do it. Thanks for the help in advance.

You need to wait until the ScriptHookV devs release a new version sadly.

Or you can just remove it for now to play the game.
