Glad you fixed your issue. I already said to reinstall asi loader  but I forgot to tell you to do the same with Open ASI . Sorry!

Its okay haha, I dont restart my computer much so I think I would have had to do that either way. Thanks for the help though really appreciate it!

Update I found a solution that worked for me. 

 

Go to open IV and select ASI manager, once there uninstall ASI loader and Open ASI. Then reinstall both and restart your computer. It worked for me so hopefully it solves your problem.

Confirmed working fix. Had the exact same issue with ELS. Following these steps fixed it. Who would of thought! Thank you!

I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling the asi manager and open asi; it did not resolve the issue. the lights will flash on the taillights but the lightbar in the back window and ontop of the car to not turn on. 

Nah try reinstall those asi file, and still not work for me
