Siren Question

Featured Replies

Hey,

I know before ELS came out when you got out of your vehicle with sirens on the sirens would mute, however with ELS this isn't the case. Does anyone know how to make it so the sirens mute when I get out of my vehicle with ELS?

Thanks!

The sirens do mute, if you turn them off first.  The reason sirens stay on by default is to help with the realism.  In real life, if cops are chasing a suspect in a vehicle and he foot bails, they won't have time to turn off their siren. They need to be on his ass.

I'm not sure if there's a way to change this with ELS.

Hey again xD Yeah, I suppose it is more realistic! Well, yeah I think you're right there isn't a way to change it in ELS. Ah well, actually what you said might be better to leave it more realistic, they just get annoying sometimes :P

It does get annoying sometimes, but I personally much prefer hearing the sirens going while I'm running on foot behind someone.  I love the realism. :P
