The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Paste a logfile in a spoiler and screenshots of your GTA Directory please.

@Happyjoker Thanks for the help i found a new nod on his website Patrol toolkit 2 i installed and its working but could not find mod on this site!
