I want to ask something about lspdfr controls

How to targeting suspect as wanted person, and other police hunting him too..

Do you mean how do you arrest someone? And how do you call for backup?

I think he speaks about starting a chase on random peds with a key. It's not actually implemented in LSPDFR, but a mod allows this, I can't remember its name. I know this is an old mod, you should be able to find it in the script section though.

well to pull over a vehicle, turn on you lights and press left shift behind them.
