Ive tried downloading LSPDFR multiple times. I verify i am not a robot then nothing. Tried everything i have seen in forums and still nothing. Can anyone help me with this?

Ive tried using chrpme and internet e tried again today still not working for me using hughes net and ive done all the anti virus and firewalls and cookies tricks still nothing
