GTA5 crashing everytime i load rage hook

Featured Replies

if i start rage hook my gta 5 crashes and says gta 5 has stopped working could someone help me try to fix this thanks

I found adding the GTA V folder to your anti virus exceptions worked for me, it hadn't been an issue previously but caused my game to stop working suddenly, but adding the exception worked.

If you have a new install, check that you have all the dependencies.

Go into the setting of AVG and find exceptions. Add the GTA 5 directory to the exceptions.

thanks that has fixed it thanks for helping me

Thats what I said to do the first time! Haha.

I know that feeling, you feel the AV is off or has never been an issue before. Then it becomes one.

Glad its now working.
