Hello,

 have installed some cars and the lights are not coming on. Only the back lights come on and sirens.

 

i have installed some plugins to but they dont load?

LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll"
LoadPlugin "ComputerPlus.dll"
LoadPlugin "LSPDFR+.dll"

Did you also install ELS?

ELS is an emergency lights/siren mod. 

 

Did you install a new vehicle to your game?  While you may not of installed ELS, it sounds like the vehicle is ELS enabled.

I have tried to in the mod but that does not load

I kinda got the same problem although mine does load and all that. I also got ELS and a LAPD pack that is working with ELS except it don't work in my game. I have been trying to make it work even tried a new car mod BUT NOPE it won't work basically it acts like I don't have ELS. I feel like I have tried everything. It does work on one car however. The one that's just named Police works fine but every other car don't. Also I keep reading that when you install it's through "MODS>UPDATE>UPDATE.RPF>COMMON>DATA>LEVELS>GTA5" but when I go to MODS it just says "This folder is empty." so what am I missing/doing wrong ??? Sorry for bad grammar

If so, that is not an ELS enabled car/  ELS will work with it, but you won't be able to change light patterns.
