Hello, I would like to ask how should I downgrade my GTA 5 so I could run lcpdfr since the newest lspdfr version doesn's support the newest GTA version.

Unfortunately, unless you backed up your game prior to the update, (see the link posted below), you cannot downgrade,

 

I don't recall GTA V updating recently.  LSPDFR and Rage should still work.

 

 

So if i just reinstalled windows and I wanna start playing there's no way I could do it ?

There is a way, you'd just need to wait until RagePluginHook is properly updated for the new GTA version.

 

However, I'm confused.  I haven't seen GTA V needing an update in a while.  Unless there was some secret update (highly unlikely), Rage should still work.

You've most likely installed LSPDFR after Ragepluginhook, which overwrites the newest ragepluginhook version with an ancient one. Make sure to reinstall the latest Ragepluginhook version from here https://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx

And, as Arariel stated, I can not recall seeing any recent gta update released.

Do never install LSPDFR after ragepluginhook, it will cause you to get an older none supportive version of ragepluginhook.

The latest version of RPH should still work fine on the latest game version, and LSPDFR works with the latest RPH. I was playing with it all earlier today without any issues.
