IM a little confused right now. When I type in GTA liberty city online so I can buy it it comes up as GTA III is that correct? And is this the version it runs on, Liberty City?

And where exactly can I buy online and play it ASAP Steam has it for 9.99 US Dollars if its the correct version I need for the mod I will buy it. Please help :/

LCPDFR works only with GTA IV and Episodes from Liberty City.

True, But At 388 KB/s Download speed.. I mean, Cmon. It jumps from that to 177 it goes all over the place..

it takes me 17 hours to DL 5gb....you can either one, spring for fiberoptic internet...which i doubt as most people here are under 18 and living with their parents (jus saying)
