Hey guys I'm not one of the guys who understand a lot of technology, for this reason I'm asking for your help.

I've tried many times to update my RAGE Plugin Hook, but whenever I update it, the game does not work, it does not start, always crasched.

 

Pls can someone help me update my RAGE Plugin Hook, because I'm still using the version 0.41.965.8352.....

I attached the image of  version of the Rage and of the installed game

You will need to go the RagePluginHook website and download the latest version, 0.50.  You can download it here - https://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx

Yes, this is what I'm trying to do for months, but always when I replace for the version 050 the game don't open...

Go ahead and update Rage to the latest version.  Then go back into Rage to the "game settings" tab so we can see if it says anything.

Ok I just try, the game and the Rage don't open (It gives a warning that there was an error and the program was closed) and that the version of the game is not supported... and critical error in Script hook

 

I change the Script Hook for the version  v1.0.944.2 and the game don't open...

Based off that, not even your game is updated.  Honestly, I would start fresh, making sure your game is up to date, and carefully readd LSPDFR, Rage and Scripthook.

So I should, uninstall the current game, make a new download on Steam and install it all again?

Yes.  This time, make sure the mods are the very latest version.  That should solve this.

Unfortunately not.  Something with your game is not updated properly.

Reinstalling the game is a waste of time. You'd be better of by verifying the game cache (yes, that works for non-Steam version too).

To verify the game cache, go into the Steam application - game library - rightclick Grand Theft Auto V and click on Properties - go into the Local files tab and then choose Verify integrety of the game cache...

Now it's late, I've already uninstalled the game and I'm downloading it again on Steam :(

Verifying game cache doesn't always work, especially if your stuff is not up to date.

Well, that's your opinion. From my and many others point of view, verifying saves time and also helps for updating the game too (Yes, it works for updating the game too, duh..). It has worked for me and many others. Instead of reinstalling a 65 GB game.

Listen I try check about game cache, but still giving error, but ok, I hope now the game dont have more problems...

It's no worries! Just make sure you follow the install instructions correctly. :)

 

Also, if you have the ability, when the download finished, make a backup of your directory.
