Uh, Ford steel rims?

Specify? There are many steel rims made by Ford.

If I wanted to buy some, what would I look up?

Standard tire size:

P 185/75 R 14

Tire width (mm):

185

Tire sidewall factor:

75

Rim size (in):

14

Total wheel diameter (mm / in):

633 / 24.9

Presumably you'd have to match the bolt pattern and width.  If the Fox Body LTD used the same wheel sizes as the Fox Body Mustang you'll be set.

Those are hubcaps, buddy. Rims = wheels.

The picture in the OP is just hubcaps over steel wheels.

Honestly, any generic dog dish covers would get that look, just get one to fit the wheel size. I saw an early 2000's Ford E-series with those covers just today.
