When i get on-duty it says New version:0.3.1,but i downloaded it 2.I dont have much uniforms

The Message you are getting that says "New Version: 0.3.1" is telling you to update your LSPDFR to the latest version (0.3.1) you can download it here. Currently there are no version 2.1, only up to 0.3.1. And about the uniforms, you only get a few uniforms by default, but if want more you can download the EUP plugin and the  EUP Menu.

The new version message is a bug, even when on version 0.3.1 it will still display that. Just ignore it, everything else should work fine.

I'm aware of this bug, but i was unaware of his current version, but because he said he has version "2.1" i thought it could mean 0.2.1.

I'm pretty sure that's a typo, it appears to be 2.i rather than 2.1.

I installed EUP in OpenIV.Putted EUP Menu plugin,and then,whin i started it,it says Corrupted Data.It didnt said that earlier.

Did you install in the mods folder or in the normal game folder? And do you have a backup of the game?

I runned the installer,and it didnt said where you want to install,and it installed in dlcpacks folder.Dont worry,i have it on Steam.I downloaded GTA V again.
