How did you guys solve these? I tried so many things on the internet. Even upgraded to From Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 because of this, still the same. It happens on high speed chases or after playing for a while.

Missing textures happen when your hardware (computer) cannot load said textures because the memory is overloaded due to memory space limitations. Either you're using a computer that doesn't fit the minimum requirements, in which case upgrading your hardware seems the only option available (GPU and/or RAM mainly), or your graphics settings are too high for your hardware, in which case you should lower them to the minimum to see if the game runs fine and then increase each of them step by step until you find a good balance, or you're using a graphic enhancement mod, in which case you should remove it and see if the game runs fine without it.

There's no way around it though.

I have the same issues and I meet the recommended specs

I have:

AMD FX-8350 Qctacore 4.0ghz processor

AMD FX990 Motherboard

AMD Radeon RX 480 4gb Video Card

G-Skillz 16gb Ram

Yet I am still getting serious graphic ghosting of buildings, bridges, roads, sidewalks and props.

Anyhelp would be awesome....
