I recently purchased a model from vans123 so I can turn it into a police car. Was wandering if anyone would be interested in taking a cpl donations to turn it into a HQ police car. I know its not mainstream type of police car but this is something Ive been waiting for for a long time.  I just cant accomplish on my own with my limited skills. I want extras to be speed radar, dashcam, mounted laptop by glove box, and the best looking roof lights (possibly 2 different sets) on it properly fitted, maybe fedsig version and another nice one?  Also need a smaller rambar as extra and all lights setup for ELS but understand if no one has time, as the reason I cant finish. Let me know how much I can donate to get this accomplished. Im not broke so if its reasonable I will be more than happy to pay for services@

It's too late but, please never purchase models from anybody in this community. That's not what the community is meant for.

Lundy is absolutely right in saying that modding shouldn't be about money - it is simply about people who want to do more with their games, so that they can gain more enjoyment from it.

 

There's a real risk that when money does become involved, many people will simply be excluded from participating for any number reasons, such as being unable to pay for a certain type of car of being unable to donate for an update to a script.  The community shouldn't be for the few - this is for everyone.

 

I hope you can find someone to help with your model, but please do not be making offers to pay for this here.

but I fell in love with it and I wanted an unlocked model so I asked him if he would sell me an unlocked model and he did giving me the rights to make a police verions if u understand. He wasnt selling it and I paid a hefty price for it on my own suggestion so I was just curious. Thanks for the info. If I broke a rule I apologize 

Well after some thought on this, I realized he put tons of hard work into his model and I understand him not wanting to "give" it away to everyone. I offered him some money for an unlocked model and he said yes! I did not purchase any models thru this community. I saw his post on facebook and offered there! I dont expect anyone to do anything for free as I am a business man and I know time is money! When its finished it will be released for free as a police version! I thought I could seek help in this community but I was very wrong. It seems most modders are stingy with there knowledge so that they can release a better model than everyone else! No sweat tho it is what it is! 

 

What is this model of that you got and what are you trying to add to it? If it peeks my interest and I have the equipment you want to add to it I would probably take it on and build it for you. FREE of Coarse. As mention already this is a community and everyone doesn't benefit if you have to pay for something and that's not me. I Sent you an PM  as well so you knew someone saw your post in case your not alerted.

 

Just be understanding on time as I have multiple projects going on and trying to close out each one. If I fall behind and feel I won't be able to get to it i'll let you know ahead of time so your not wasting time hoping for its completion. As well as I have a life outside of modding and modeling and that this is a hobby for me, not a job.
