Hey, thanks for coming here!
 

So, after a few days of desperately searching for a Charger with certain things, I decided to make my own. Well, the only problem is I have no clue how! I have searched Google, idk whether I was using the right terms, but I was wondering if someone would tell me how you piece dev items together, and how you make the sirens and lights work (I'm quite a noob in GTA modding - I've always done Bethesda games modding :P). Any help would be appreciated.
