When using ELS on multiplayer, my cars run fine. But my friends' cars online have lights that are slow to flash. They flash once every second. Anyone know of a fix to make the lights for ELS refresh faster on friends' cars in MP?

My System:

    You need to have both players go into their ELS.ini file, and enable ELS in multiplayer...

    Then, (This step is very important) When you go into the game, you need to attach your light to your siren (Default Alt-T) and when you hit you siren, the lights will flash at the same speed for you, and all the other players.
