I press ALT + P (to start LCPDFR) & it changed the quality, I press ALT + T (to see if the taser will work) & it spawns the Annhiator police helicopter, & i went to press CTRL + DELETE to debug & it raises my wanted level, changes my outfit & debuggs at the same time.... what in the world is going on!?

Do you have Simple Native Trainer? It's likely you need to disable the SNT key bindings.

That sound like an SNT problem, try removing it or its key bindings before trying again.

How do I remove or fix them? cause LCPDFR will not start.

Ingame, open SNT and go into the options and select keybindings /disable

Or open the trainer.ini file where you installed it and find the line about the key bindings, change the value to 0 or false

Hey thanks man! I changed the "trainertbogt.ini" & "trainertlad.ini" but could not find the "Trainer.ini" but I will fire up GTA IV: EFLC & see how it goes!

Trainer.ini is for GTAIV only, you are using ELFC yes? then don't worry about trainer.asi and Trainer.ini the other two are in the right place and where they belong

If he does that with keys disabled via the INI that would be useless, just hit F3 to bring up the menu and the number pad keys 4 8 6 2 0 and 5 to navigate and select and backspace to close the menu

If you want to use the trainer in game without the key bindings, disable the key binding on the ingame menu, then manually search for what you are after, saves a lot of time and lets you use LCPD:FR as well

SNT Has nothing to do with the quality changing, its the game itself that does it, just press P again and it will change back, you can change the keybind in the game settings menu.
