So my game needs to update to the latest version and whenever it attempts to do so it give me an error message. I have the latest RPH and LSPDFR installed 

First off, you can't update the game with a mods folder. You have to get rid of it and rebuild it after the update.

i have tried removing the mods folder.....no difference

You might have to update the mods folder's update folder through OpenIV. It stops the game from crashing.
