Hey Guys .I have lspdfr  working ,the  latest rage plugin and OPENIV , but I just don't get how to place mods in .The one I want especially is the 70s police mod. Forgive a newbie ignorance,but I really would love to get this working.Thanks in advance!

You need to be a bit more specific, what exactly are you trying to do? Is the mod a script? A car model?

I am referring to the 70s police pack and or the 78 fury LAPD cars,I just do not get how to get them in the game, SORRY!  They are car models.

OK so you have download the car pack you want? Is there no readme file with it? Im not familiar with this pack, can you link to the page ill take a quick look for you

Yes the car is on this site by Lundy It is  the 78 fury police la car and yes there is a read me.

Open Open IV and navigate to this Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday9ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

Click Edit mode and the Select Copy to "mods" folder (Make sure you do this so any mods you apply to the game stay in this folder so your original files are safe)

Move the Open IV window and extract the car mod open the folder and drag the police+hi.ytd police.yft police.ytd police_hi.ytf  files in the Open IV window

Load game the car you have changed is police so open RAGE console (F4) type spawn police should spawn your new car
