Sure, you can use the "Hue/Saturation" tool to change the color.  I also added the "honeycomb" pattern above, you can tile it over your own chevrons if you like too.

Reworked the FD Tahoes with a yellow-theme  BLUE THEME NOW to match the ambulance, and to better match a real-life port/harbor fire department since red is hard to see at night.  AMBULANCE IS BLUE NOW TOO.
