Can someone tell me how to fix a bug im having where none of my els vehicles will work with the scene light takedown function. ive tried but even on the display it does not show take down option.

install a fresh file of ELS and the vehicles again im sure you messed something up

nope just reinstalled everything same issue. any other options?

Maybe the utility doesn't offer take downs idk just have to wait for someone that's smarter than me can help you sorry check ELS documentation sheet maybe that can help too

IDK I'm just frustrated because the keybinds arent working

Having the same issue....I was about to post about it. I thought maybe there was a keybinding issue, but none of the keys that I bind them to work for takedowns/scene lights. Cruise lights work just fine....

Same issue by the way pull over with shift blips the car but yet no stop occurs driver keeps going till I use manual siren and the keeps going in a straight line until they crash into something to stop and computer plus is not working either 

 

i go on duty plugins are up to date running on version .877 if some one knows how to at least fix the pullover problem I would be grateful

It appears so far only 1 vehicle supports scene lights that I know of (The slicktop 2016 explorer). If the option in the Ctrl P menu doesnt show Takedowns, its simple, the vehicle doesnt offer it.

You need to activate the third lightstage (Lightstage 3, or press J 3 times) for it to initiate a traffic stop.

nope dosent work even tried pressing shift key message at top says to blip siren no go and lightsatge 3 is active even tired pressing j 3 times behind the suspect and no go

You need to get behind the vehicle, press Shift (Blip them), and then activate the third lighting stage (Press Alt J to go right to the third stage, or just hit J three times, and make sure you are somewhat close to the vehicle) If you hit a siren, or the air horn, the person driving will most likely drive forward into a wall. 

yeah got it working cars for els are addon thru rde and they needed car varation metas for them to work wow love this crap lol but thanks so much for your time and help

activate your high beams and takedowns come on i have that car in game myself and just playing around with controls i found that how they come on

what do you mean through RDE? I thought RDE wasn't compatible? and what do you mean they "needed a car variations meta to work"?

Does anyone know if the vehicles are implementing the function yet, or are we doing something wrong, I have tried everything at this point and cannot figure out the problem.

Same problem here with the takedown its not working with els I have to use the H key for the highbeam, I might be mistaking but bxbugs cvpi had the takedown mapped and i am sure I remember them working the first time I tried but I might be wrong I know in the configuration file the takedown and the scene light are set to true. Does anybody have them working on the cvpi ?

the ELS CVPI by bugs does not have functional takedowns via ELS.

Thanks Kilyin so i guess the takedown function is not broken just not mapped on the car i use!

Yeah, you can tell if it's the model because the button on the ELS ui will just be "-" instead of TKD.

Any way to get rid of the ramming bug? It's really annoying when you hit the siren on a chase or on a traffic stop and the blipped car start to go straight forward and crash into everything that's in the way.
