Hello i have a big problem. When I was at the police station and then I`M a Officer and Shoot with a gun or hit someone, than i´ve become a Negotiation level. Can anyone help me ??  Sorry my english is not so good :(

What is 'negotiation level' supposed to mean?

This shouldn't happen when on-duty with LSPDFR. However, I would try disabling the 'Wanted Level' function under 'Options' in Native Trainer.
