Game wont start after RPH 0.49/48

I updated GTA last night, and I updated my RagePluginHook, then I deleted my mods folder, and my game still wont start it crashes every time I try to launch and says like "unexpected error" or something.

I've heard quite a few reports of people having problems with the latest patch. It's possible you could be experiencing the same issues, however this is just speculation. Might I recommend diverting this post to the Rage Plugin Hook forums (http://forums.ragepluginhook.net/), so hopefully it can be resolved. Also consider joining their Discord and discussing your issues with technicians on there. Link to Discord can be found on the hope page of ragepluginhook.net.

If you haven't fixed the problem yet, you can always verify your files on steam.

Try this 

Or if you have a mods folder move it to your desktop.

 

If you run the game in full screen, make sure you are watching it boot up. I run my game in admin privileges and click the game because when I don't it crashes. 

You can also make sure your not running out of memory.

Try (Safe) mode.

(Final Option) Clean install.

If you have modded vehicles in your game, it could be that you have an outdated gameconfig file. That was the issue for me and downloading this or this gameconfig can help.
