HI , as what has stated above , which country police forces do you think is the most proactive and fast arrival to crime scene and fast in investigating and solving crime /

I would have to say, Alabama PD for solving my cousins murder within 10-12hrs… Michigan State Police for being a topnotch department… as for my nest, DPD is going through some stuff at the moment and that’s all I can say on that. :/

It's not about solving it quickly, but about solving it correctly, getting the evidence needed, and building a solid case against the suspects that will stand in court.

Well, I think our german police is very effective... we don't have the extremly cool looking american police cars (but I wish we did), but well, our officers are always doing a great job!

There is not enough statistical research to determine what police agency/department/officer is the most proactive/the best.

i have search the website. And i have upon a website call wikipedia. And they say many police forces/agencies recognise the hong kong police are the best and efficient. Hong kong police are also recognse by the fbi. But do not know whether is true? ?! As wikipedia is not so reliable as many can edit the article in wiki

What does "most efficient" mean? There is really no way to compare between different countries, with different laws, different cultures, etc.

It means do thing fast. . For example in my country nobody dare to demostration or group protest. Because of our few strict law and high efficient police. Which will arrive whithin 15 - 30 min. I am a singaporean and not china. Many ppl we are part of china. But in fact. We are not related at all. Btw do you agreed that they say hong kong have the most efficent in term of arriving crime scene, answeing phone call witthin 3 min and investigating and solving crime fast

By that definition, the police themselves really have very little impact on their efficiency. Much more important are the laws they have to abide by. For example, in the US, if a police department made it so no one dared to protest, while it would probably prevent riots, it would probably be restructured by court order.

Well, despite it's notorious reputation throughout Canada, and considering it's range of being in every province in Canada, the RCMP i would have to say is the best in Canada seeing as it's latest major drug bust only took a few months.

How do you think of my police forces in singapore. i really hate the police force in singapore. I have spent my 2 year in the police force. So i know how the police here work, they were conduct raids, operation, plaincloth duties and ambush. They will conduct anti loanshark, prostitue and anti drug raids/operation

what do you mean? like without a warrant? i don't know how police forces work in different countries

I would say Milwaukee county police department and also Milwaukee county sheriff as they have brought down crime by alot. Milwaukee use to be the worst city to live in for crime think it was number 9. Now its number 36 in just 4 years.

i hate them because they are too efficient . keep on conducting raids and operation of course with a warrant , Hong kong police and singapore were trained or modelled by the british police in the past when they were under british colony at that time . they sucks . they also catch people who smoke contraband cig .

Their PGO or SOP is similar to the british police if i am not wrong

i have serve the police forces for 2 years under the National service . some CID officer they also smoke contraband cigarette and still want to catch people who smoke contraband. is what they do is so called KNOW the Laws , and break the laws .

I think alot or all places should be like singapore, mandatory military or police service? there is nothing wrong with that at all, youth these day's don't have to do anything with their lives, which leads to alot of thing's, having a sense of responsibility, there is nothing wrong with that at all.

There needs to be some option for people who have objections to serving in a military or police role. Maybe let people do some forest conservation work? Or road work...in the US, at least, we need a TON of road work done.

Or even, once legal age, given a list of Government, Regional, Municipal etc job's that are mandatory with a minimum of 2 year's of service, for the police, a mandatory 2 year youth program, since being even an NYPD Officer, you need a mandatory of 2 year's US Armed Forces with 60 College Credit's, i think that may smarten alot of thing's up economy wise, youth and gang wise (sorry for jumping off topic)
