I doubt we'll BOTH get the exact answer(s) but you're not the only one who has this problem.  Thing is - if you do happen to find the necessary visualsettings.dat file to turn the brightness of the reverse flashers down, you'd be also turning down the brightness of the lightbar.

 

FYI, this problem is also for his CVPI in the Sheriff pack as well.

    I'm having trouble getting his car pack to function correctly in terms of the lightbar. It just looks bad and doesn't work near like any of the vehicles I have seen in people's videos.
