LSPDFR comes with those 2 callouts only.  You need to install other callouts that are on this site in the "mods" section.

If you have installed other callout mods you will recieve alot ALOT of different callouts.

I don't really understand what you were trying to say. But when you download a callout mod, drag and drop both the Plugins and LSPDFR folder into your GTA V main directory.
