thr prtsc button and ctrl V in a photo program...or start menu, all programs, accessories, snipping tool

do you perhaps have two copies of dsound? Xliveless = xlive.dll

Edited by Asuna

oh yea...get rid of those two xlive's... thats xliveless then run the diagnostic again to double check, also PPM with LCPDFR might be causing a problem...but first lets take it one step at a time

ok removed the xlive stuff and ppm and run test and passed went to the game and it went till it was time to load the cousin belic and crashed

ok...try this...remove Dsound....put in xlive.dll and try the game again

cousin's bellic is the first mission if i remember right..might not be a save file...

yea, if dsound was working for you use that, looks like since you said till you put in the female officer it was fine, so i'm gonna guess here that was the problem
