My recent experience at Fry's Electronics

Featured Replies

So I've been saving up to buy a new PC for a few months. Last night a friend of mine joined me to help with picking out my parts. We go to Fry's and pick up a motherboard, ram, cpu, and gpu. We find what we want and go to the clerk. She rings me up. Cute girl, but very new. She comes to the papers for my cpu and ram, she doesn't know what to do so she asks her co-worker to help her out. He takes her to the stock room and picks up my cpu and ram. Then the guy comes back and finishes ringing me up. I totaled the entire cost which was about $600 give or take. I expected my bank savings to be 100% cleaned out. So this morning I check my statement and notice I still have $90 left in my account. I also forgot, I didn't spend my $200 in pocket. I check my bank, it shows I only spent $323. I come home, check the receipt. The clerk didn't ring up my 1060. Not even the guy at the door who checks your purchases and receipt stopped me. I literally walked out of Fry's with a brand new 6gb GTX 1060 in my hands. I just thought I'd share this. I am the happiest since I've gotten the Vic. :D

You got an GTX 1060? good choice, got one last month to replace my GTX 960 and I absoloutely love it, it literally doubled my FPS in GTA V, LSPDFR still lags often though. Nice story btw, lol

You also literally just admitted to committing a crime.
