Will someone be willing to add a fire station to GTA IV for me I already have it I just need to get it into the game 

There already are a few fire stations in GTA IV - If you need help installing a mod, first try it yourself - It's usually just a matter of reading a manual and copying files. Something most people do every day.

I think OP is asking about importing a model not specifically setup for a game (a raw 3D model of a building I presume) into GTA, rather than installing a pre-setup mod.
