This is still a wip i did not make any of the objects I only made the skins but I'll also release the cars when I'm done with everything! This is my first mod so let me know what you think and if I need to change anything

So everything is working great. So what I did was I installed the 1.0.7.0 patch and it worked I hope this works for you guys let me know if it does!

Removing ScriptHook alone worked for me. I pray to the giddy goose that ScriptHook gets patched! My GTA IV videos are my flagship series on YouTube!

I did and it worked but how will I get to use the mods
Yeah apparently I had auto update on and it updated to 1.0.8.0
 

I assume you've updated to the newest patch (1.0.8.0).
 
I know for a fact that scripthook doesn't work with 1.0.8.0. dsound I'm not so sure.
Take these out of your root directory and try launching it, see if that helps.

Just a bit of advice, when posting requests such as this, include as much detail as you can, otherwise people may not even open the topic. Instead of naming the topic "Ambulance", try "GTA IV Ford F350 Ambulance Unlocked?".

I've posted my thoughts earlier,  figured I would post this image that I took during the summer at the ground zero memorial.
 

I was a month and three days old at the time.
With my mother still reeling from my birth, and my sister nearly two years and a month old, I remember being told that we were watching either the Tweenies or the Teletubbies (I can't remember), when I think my father came home to say "New York's blown up!" And from then, BBC News was likely turned on, and everything else was history.
Since I was born near the time, I feel I have a strong connection to the events of that year. Recently, I have taken to around 9/11 anniversaries to watching and reading 9/11-related material, shouting down 'truthers', and trying to commemorate the attacks through a two minutes silence. And being British, it is hard to do, but this year, it went very well.
But this year, I learned that two people born in Hull died on that fateful day.
Michael and Christine Egan, Hull may forget you, but I and America will never forget.
