Install the CVPI under x64e in your mods folder. It should work fine then.

I have already done so, threw the files in x64e, still this mod I put in using the Package Installer in the program OpenIV

So to find out where it installed the CVPI, download the pack again. Then, right click on the .OIV file and then click rename. Then rename it to .rar instead of .oiv. Then you can open all the files and find out where it installed everything so you can delete the files.

But not from the download, from your mods folder. You're only looking in the download to find out where the vehicle files were installed in your mods folder.

Delete all of those. And again, don't delete the files that are in the download. After you find out the folder that they are inside, go into your mods folder, and find the files and delete them.
