I'm not sure where you've gotten those statistics, doesn't seem to be true.

 

This topic has been discussed before, and usually girls keep their gender status to themselves due to the way they are treated by many in online communities. 

 

I'm not sure how a topic asking all girls to post in will achieve anything of worth.
