Hoping some one can help me. im new to this modding thing. ive installed albo1125 traffic police,arrest manager,and police radio. also lspdfr+. ive installed the british police car pack no problem and the new merc police car. but for some reason i cant replace the 2 old white police cars thats on first mission. i really want to put 2 new police car mods here but cant find the file for these 2 old cars.

Just put all the vehicle files in the most recent Patchday in your Update folder (Patchday12 at the moment). You don't need to seek out and replace each individual file; since the new files are in the most recent update, they will overwrite the old ones.
