After playing LSPDFR for a good amount of time, I normally will see these huge amounts of texture loss as seen in the picture. Teleporting / going to another area does nothing, and I face the same problem in virtually all locations on the map. Does anyone else have this issue or does anyone know how to fix it? 

 

There's nothing to do about it, you're just running out of memory so the game can't load the textures anymore, rebooting the game is the only way to fix it, along with lowering your graphic settings to not overload your system :)

I'm having a similar issue. For me it seems to be related to LSPDFR and plugins somehow, could be I'm running to many or something, but I haven't had this issue before. Still looking into it, cause something is draining alot of memory. 

 

As long as the base game is running, everything is normal, but as soon as I go on duty, everything looks similar and worse to what you have screened up there.
