Good evening all I'm a newbie and have a couple questions,

 

1st is there a way once I start to spawn as a officer, instead of driving to a station and going on duty. I know I can force duty,  but then my character doesn't have a uniform

2nd how do I spawn to different locations on the map?

Or if you don't use EUP you can use a trainer to change your player model aswell.

Open the RPH console by pressing F4. Type "forceduty". You will then be on duty without having to go to the station.
