Scroll down and click the blue "join remote control session" button, it gives you a simplified version simply for incoming remote connections. Private message me with the User ID number and password that appear in the program when it's installed.

Out of curiosity, does your hubby's gaming computer have integrated graphics, meaning if you look at the back of the computer do you plug the monitor in next to all the other ports, or is it separated from all the other ports at the back.

 

I had a similar issue with my gaming computer, and it turned out that RagePluginHook just didn't like the integrated graphics, so I got a cheap dedicated card and now it runs fine. (with a few exceptions of some graphic settings being lowered until my new card arrives).
