Ok so ive installed some sheriff textures to my sheriff cruiser and sheriff suv. Im not sure if the texture is the problem but its everytime ive ben using this texture it wont let me spawn the sheriff cruiser (Im using BxBugs123s charger) i can spawn the sheriff suv but not the cruiser

Just to confirm, if you don't add any texture to the car and leave it as you downloaded it, will it spawn?

Are you renaming the texture image to the same thing that  is shown in OpenIV?  (for example: cvpi_sign_1)

Is the entire car not spawning or just the skins?

One skin shouldn't prevent the car from spawning.  Are you sure you're adding the skin correctly?  Rename the texture image to chr2_sign_1 and place it in the sheriff.ytd slot with the same name as chr2_sign_1

In the it come with one texture file named chr2_sign_# do i have to change the hashtag to a number? sorry im kinda new to all this

Yes you do.  You have to change that to 1, or any other number that has a livery.  I know his Chargers have multiple liveries.

The car still wont spawn and my game is still unstable. Does 4k have anything to do with it? 

My specs are 

 

Video card: GeForce GTX 650 Ti 

Cpu: Intel Core i5-3470

And 4gb ram
