Game crashes after screen loading

Hello, I bought GTA IV a few days ago, I installed it and it was good. Then I tried to install LCPDFR and it crashes after the screen loading. I deleted the saves, I installed the 1.0.7.0 patch and I runned as administrator. I don't know what can I do more. please help me with this.

Wow. That's weird, I installed the original social club patch. Well I will try to install it again.

Well I don't know what I must install first

UpdateTitle.exe or TitleUpdate.msi ?
